You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.   • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and features.
  • Persuasion Skills Ability to influence potential customers and close sales.
  • Negotiation Skills Proficiency in negotiating terms and prices to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Customer Relationship Management Experience with CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and outreach.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes.
Compensation $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
