- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in customer service.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy Understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns with compassion.
- Patience Ability to handle difficult situations and customers calmly.

Compensation $46,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
